Eligibility for Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return. -

Refunds
Since all orders are processed through cash on delivery (COD), refunds will be provided in the form of a replacement product. Refunds in cash are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided. -

Non-Returnable Items
